2013 International Festival of Audiovisual Programs

As each year, the FIPA (Festival International de Programmes Audiovisuels) is holding its festival of documentary programs from all over the world in Biarritz, South West of France, from the 22nd to the 27th of January 2013.

A jury of young Europeans will be created for the circumstance, to select and give a price to the best international documentary.

This year, an Irish French speaking student, aged between 15 and 17, will have the opportunity to be part of this unique adventure, and to participate in the whole festival, all included, from January 21st to 27th.
He / She will be part of a team of students from Austria, Cyprus, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland and Slovenia.

In attached file you will find an application form in English, which the student will have to send back to the Cultural Service, along with the additional documents required, before Monday 3rd of December 2012. The fees to apply are of 40 euros for Irish applicants.
Applications have to be submitted by post to Claire Rouquette, Cultural Service, French Embassy, 1 Kildare Street, Dublin 2.
