"Our wish is to provide authentic, Fresh French cuisine and demonstrate that simple flavours can go a long way. Service is relaxed and friendly providing customers with an enjoyable dining experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere.
We are inspired by the produce brought to our Restaurant – the very best of ingredients, always of excellent origins and in season. We are passionate about using local produce such as Fish, Meat and Vegetables to create dishes that emphasise the excellence of each ingredient and always deliver taste perfection. We aim to combine excellent Irish produce with French style cuisine inspired by Thomas’ grandmother in Strasbourg.
Over the past few years the Restaurant has continued to grow from strength to strength and we are delighted to be recognised as one of Limericks best restaurants by Georgina Campbell, Lucinda O’Sullivan, Bridgestone Guide and Tom Doorley to mention a few."
