They will also be assisted by members of the Orchestre philharmonique de Radio France : Anne Villette et Mireille Jardon (violons), Jean-Pascal Post (clarinet) et Jean-Pierre Odasso (trumpet).
They will present their first concert on January 14th at Ho Chi Minh City before gathering once again at the Comedia in Paris on March 18th, on the occasion of the Semaine de la langue française et de la Francophonie.
Born in French Guyana, Anouk Steil is 14 years and attends the LFI as a première S student. the young musician is thrilled to be able to meet musicans from french lycées all over the world with whom she will take part in an orchestra. She sees violin as a distraction which provides her pleasure. For her, playing music is about interpretation and making the piece her own in such a way to express her artistic voice. Thanks to a fundraising led by the LFI’s parents’ association, as well as the support from her teachers at the LFI, from her violin teachers and from her parents, Anouk will fly to Vietnam next week.
